Ordering & cancellation
How ordering works
You choose your rolls and send an order request through this website. Submitting the form sends a request; it is not a confirmed order until the baker contacts you to confirm the details.
Rolls are $5 each, or a box of 6 of one flavour for $24. Extra toppings are $0.50 each per roll and are chosen separately for each flavour in your order.
Preferred dates and times are requests only and are not guaranteed. You can choose a date from tomorrow onwards, and up to 24 single rolls or 4 boxes of each flavour per order. For larger orders, please get in touch first.
Payment
There is no online payment on this website, and we never ask for card or banking details. You pay in person, and the baker will confirm how and when when she contacts you.
Collection and delivery
Orders are for collection. The baker will confirm the collection place and time with you when she replies. Delivery is not offered through this website at the moment.
Changes and cancellations
To change or cancel an order, contact the baker as early as possible, quoting your order reference. Because each order is made fresh, the sooner you tell her the better.
Allergies and dietary needs
Please tell the baker about any allergies or dietary needs in the message box when you order, and ask about ingredients before you confirm. This is a home kitchen and this website makes no allergen or dietary claims about the rolls.

What we collect
When you place an order we ask for your name, your phone number and/or email address, your chosen rolls and quantities, your preferred date and time, and an optional message, which could include allergy information. We do not collect payment card or bank details. If you leave feedback after ordering, we collect your star rating and any comment or name you add. Feedback is sent privately to the baker and is not published.
How it is used
Your details are used only to confirm and prepare your order and to contact you about it. The order is emailed to the baker and is not shown publicly or sold.
Where it is stored
Your current selection is kept in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there if you move between pages. It is not sent anywhere until you submit an order. Orders are sent by email to the baker's own inbox, and a copy may also be kept in the website host's order inbox, which only the baker can see, until she deletes it.
Fonts
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when you visit.
Your choices
You can ask the baker what she holds about you and ask her to delete it. Email the baker.
